A $50 cancellation fee applies to less than 48 hour notice. A $100 fee for “No Shows”. Emergencies will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please note that if our office staff is unable to reach you to confirm your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time slot, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and offer it to others. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment be prepared to be asked to reschedule.
